It is with profound sadness that we share the news of the passing of our colleague, friend, and mentor Monna Lux, on November 8, 2025 . Many of you worked closely with Monna over the years, and we know how much trust you placed in her. Her commitment to excellence elevated our entire firm and we are grateful for the years we were able to work alongside her.
Monna was a remarkable big-picture thinker. She had a unique ability to step back, see what truly mattered, and guide others toward clarity. She wasn’t afraid to be the one to carry the “pointy stick” when needed – asking the hard questions, advocating for what was right, and encouraging people to look honestly at the realities that shape their lives.
One of the things she cared most deeply about was helping people find the balance between growing their wealth and discovering what “enough” looked like for them personally. She believed that financial well-being was about more than numbers – it was about safety, happiness, and aligning resources with the life each person hoped to build. She approached those conversations with empathy, honesty, and a rare gift for making complex decisions feel manageable.
As we take time to grieve this loss, honor her memory, and support her family, our team is working together to ensure that your ongoing needs are cared for with the same level of care and attention she exemplified. If you have any questions or need anything in the coming weeks, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are here to support you as we move forward.
Thank you for understanding as we remember and celebrate Monna. We invite you to keep her family close in your thoughts during this difficult time.
